i go to sonic pretty often and have never had an issue. i went yesterday and got an order worth 30 dollars but received the wrong order but couldn’t get it fixed since i had to go to work, i called and was told to come back today and get it fixed so i did but i waited almost 30 minutes and still didn’t receive it and couldn’t wait any longer again because i had to go to work. i’m sonic is normally great but this is absurd
When you pay for your order and the carhop owes you change back and they walk away. Don’t even offer your money back. That’s stealing!!! This has happened several times now and I’m done. I’ll not be back.
