Out of all the sonics i go to around dfw and in this area, this location gets orders wrong almost every single time, be it placed by the red button or by the app. Tired of having to throw things away due to good allergies or just completely wrong. Stopped in for a quick drink this morning as they have great sugar free options to only realize once back in the road its indeed not the sugar free option I ordered.. so its going in the trash as I cant have sugars.. thanks for wasting more money in a time that we are all strugglin... read more
Today was rough and I mean VERY ROUGH! I decided to treat myself to an ice cream so I decided to go to Sonic after work and saw that the Drive-Thru was moving FAST. I was shocked at the energy and vibe of the gentleman who took my order, I was in a horrible mood, but his greeting and tone were so warm and inviting. I will never forget his name.
