Food is trash and you can tell they over work they employees they were all drenched in sweat I even heard one say the A/C is broken in their kitchen. Same day I overheard another employee say she gets no breaks all day. Highly irresponsible behavior conducted by the managers and owners must be a rotten people.
8/5/25 (2:30pm) Ordered a brownie blast with extra toppings m&m, reese and caramel sauce. The blast was melting when I received it at the store. I placed my mobile order arrived within a few minutes. My order must of been made and left sitting outside a freezer. I did not receive any of the extra toppings. Didn't notice until I arrived home to eat it. It was a mobile pickup order. They asked me twice what I wanted and repeated it back to me and when I said TWO DR. PEPPERS, they gave me on DP and one flat RootBeer. Burger was slapped together and drinks were wrong after I was reassured that what they heard was what I wanted. (8/2/2025) The "breakfast burrito(s)" are a joke. It is damn near empty because they roll the tortilla in on itself to make it look bigger than it is (it's already tiny as is). Never again, Sonic Drive-In is a joke.
completely got the wrong order
If i could give this zero stars, I would. The only good thing about this experience was the food and even then, they messed it up!!! Don’t even get me started on the service, It was TERRIBLE. I was cut off before i could finish ordering. When they tried to come out and fix it one of the employees was so RUDE! I hope that they can learn and grow mentally from this experience..
