Ordered online 3 simple orders even added 20% tip and were missing multiple items and had a long wait time :/

Food good. Service good. But many of the order screens do not function. We had to try three before finding a working screen, and that one failed to take our credit card. The staff works very hard to work around the decay and malfunction of a franchise that isn't kept up all too well. In addition, it can be difficult to exit since the working screen panels are on the same side as the drive thru line. At the Sonic at Isleta near Barcelona in Albuquerque, I waited over a half hour at the drive thru, having ordered only a drink. When I finally got to the window, I asked for the manager and told him that I waited more than a half hour in line, which is unacceptable. He told me that he's been there the whole time, and it wasn't a half hour That's what the manager told me.
