There's some major malfunction going on behind the scenes at this location, because food and drinks constantly sit on the counter waiting to be brought out while it gets cold or waters down. It's unfortunate that the app asks you to tip ahead of time because you'll end up throwing your money away for cold food (and that's if your order is even right) I fail to see how it could even be a numbers issue as well seeing as there were maybe 11 workers in the building. Maybe the Sonic on Macarthur is worth the extra drive.
