Placed a mobile order on the app. Waited 20 minutes for food. Parking lot wasn’t full at all. I ordered five ranches on the app. When they delivered it to me, I asked if they had put it on the bag. They said yes and walked off. When I checked the bag, there was only two in there so I went back to the window and let them know that they are missing three from the order when they brought them out to me. The stuffed peppers We're terrible. Not worth the money and overdone. No pepper jelly dipping sauce either.
This Sonic is one of two near me, and while I bounce between the two, I usually try to avoid this one unless I have to. The customer service here is actually more consistent and polite compared to the other location, which I do appreciate, but unfortunately, the food and drink quality just isn’t great. The tea always tastes old, no matter when I go or what I order. The food usually tastes like it’s been cooked in old grease; it’s hard to explain, but nothing ever tastes quite right. I rarely go to this location, but I have to say, I will be back! My order was brought out so quick, the staff were kind, and the food was correct! Definitely one of the best experiences I’ve had at a Sonic.
