Shout out to Victoria for always working hard with a great attitude. Always has a smile on her face no matter how busy they are. Food may not be the greatest here but can’t complain about the service.
The parking parking sucks here but service is okay wherever they got their Sonic burger the other day in my delivery was terrible terrible terrible it tastes like sweet relish pickles on my burger... You know come to think of it. I ordered delivery and I don't know which sonic it did come from... because the other one was closest to my apartment and I didn't have a whole lot of extra money to tip and I don't know if that had anything to do with it...
Usually the customer service is good with polite people but EVERY SINGLE TIME Victoria takes my order or brings it out she is rude, she acts like she is annoyed with me for placing an order, she never smiles and always just hands me my drink where I have to reach way out my window and takes off before anything else can be said. I used to work at a sonic and I know this is unacceptable. I started going to the other sonic by Walmart ONLY so I don’t have to deal with this girl. Everyone else is great.
