Got my order completely wrong.. won’t ever go back
I went through the drive thru to get my happy hour drink and when the girl was getting my change she was looking straight at my receipt and gave me the coins and then 1 dollar back.... my change was supposed to be 2.78 She immediately said have a blessed day and closed the window quickly and walked away. Never offered my receipt, never came back to the window even though I sat there awhile kind of in shock that she would just tip herself!!! 20 minutes and counting at 943pm for 2 drinks and 2 cars ahead of me in line and more behind they serve the people behind me first and take another 10 minutes to bring my drinks absolutely crazy and it wasn't that busy
I love trying different drink combos here and they are always so good about it. Taste great
The strangest interaction I have ever had at a Sonic. After waiting in line for 10 min, we pulled around to order and were greeted with we are no longer taking orders, as we are short staffed. Please note that the car before us and after us appeared able to order. We went next door to the Chili's and were able to see the line. Just wow!
