I got a smasher meal, no onions at the drive thru. One, it took forever. There were no cars in front of me. By the time I finally got my order there were 3 vehicles behind me. Two, with the amount of time I waited, I would have expected super hot tots. Nope, lukewarm. Boooo Three, I didn't try my burger until I got home. Placed order through the app for 2 grilled cheese, a footlong Coney dog and a 44 oz Diet Coke for delivery on 4/28/26. Was delivered to my work address. Missing the Coney. Tried calling the restaurant and kept getting a busy signal.
I ordered a number 3 combo, which is a double cheeseburger.No pickles.Add jalapenos. I specifically asked for ketchup. The bellhop said the ketchup was in the bag and it wasn't. The cheeseburger ended up being a single.
I ordered a small slushie blue raspberry with bubble in it along with a jr cheeseburger. The burger was cold to touch almost like they left it sitting out for hours and then decided to fed it to a customer instead of making a fresh burger smh. It’s ok I won’t be back.
