Burgers are usually good but our last several orders have not been prepared to our instructions. They appear to have some new staff. When weather is good we like to eat at their outdoor seating but sometimes they haven’t wiped down the tables from previous diners. I always tip wait staff.
I had ordered through the app. I got there let them know through the app I arrived. I am going to guess it was probably a manager and he wasn't having a good day. He just handed me my order and walked away. He didn't confirm my order or even tell me to have a good evening. I don't know if I want to go back there if that is how customer service is going to be.

I love their smashburgers. Me and my family love them but I don't think there is a single person at this location who speaks English. Not even kidding. They have never once gotten my order right. I ask for cheese only on the burger and as I'm driving away, I smell onions. Today marks the 4th time I've had them remake a burger for me. Nobody there speaks English and I'm not learning Spanish to order a burger in the town I grew up in. Absolutely insane...
