Ridiculous…. I waited 20mins for a drink and literally watched people leave the line furious… second time coming to this location…. Never again
Food is good but the service is horrible…. Every time you go through the drive thru you’re in line for more than 20mins…. Nobody pics up the phone and you can watch people pull up to the ordering ports and leave because no one is taking orders… the orders are either wrong or cold by the time you get them…. What a shame…. I rather drive to the next location and be taken care of on time than to wait 20 to 30 mins to get cold food…
Couldnt even order, line too long/slow, no carhop ordering, backed out of line when several other cars behind us backed out.
Usually a wait but staff are kind. Good food
Didn’t even get to order. Went to the drive up first pushed the button to order waited 5 minutes nobody answered. Then we went through to the drive through waited another 5 minutes and not even a “one second please”. There was one car at the pick up window. Definitely won’t come back to this one.
