This was my first visit to Sonic, and I am very disappointed. I ordered three burgers and a chili hot dog. Surprisingly, one of my burgers was missing the bottom bun, which is quite ridiculous! To make matters worse, my chili hot dog was also missing. I am thoroughly upset because I drove 30 minutes to get here and didn't want to have to drive back. Would give zero stars if I could, I had a doordash order to pick up and once I got to the window they were beyond rude about the fact that they "couldn't" and "wouldn't" give me my order after giving MY order to someone else and said doordash would have to resend my order through. Who doesnt make sure they are giving the food to the right person?!?! Just messed up and rude as hell, and will never go here again. I hope they had the night they deserved.

Upon searching Google to see if Sonic serves milkshakes in the morning, I learned that they do or should. Their website says they serve their entire menu all day long much like White Castle, including shakes. I pulled up to this establishment and rather than order one I just asked quick to make sure and they straight up said no, they don't. So they obviously don't care about their own employer's policies and additionally, this is the slowest drive thru you could ever visit.
