We had made a mobile order before mobile order had closed. We waited in a stall for about 20-30 minutes. On the screen it said “Angel” was on her way with our order, we waited another 10-15 minutes with zero contact from “Angel” and then when we had to go through the drive thru to see maybe about getting our order or maybe if anything happened what we may need to do to fix it. Got two cherry limeades and it took a little while to get them, my wife noticed she didn’t have any cherries in her drink. Other than that it was alright

The girl taking orders at the window couldn't get my order size right. I was one of 3 cars at the store during peak hours, so she was not exactly under any stress... When I asked if I could have a large drink (WHICH I PAID FOR) instead of the medium drink that she handed me, she picked her nose over it and I watched her as she then handed it to me. I thought it was someone else's! If I see her again I'll edit with her name - she had dark hair and glasses. It still does not excuse disgusting behavior like that. I will never e... read more
