Stayed in the drive thru and waited for at least 5 minutes before the car in front of me. Then when I pulled.up to the speaker, the lady said please hold. I waited 5 more minutes and didn't get waited on, so I drove off and took my business elsewhere!
Went 2 days in a row. Each time it took nearly 10 min for someone to ask for my order at the speaker box. The way the drive-thru is situated, you're trapped once yiu enter.. And it took another 7 or 8 minutes to actually get my drinks. Just drinks each time and it took nearly 20 minutes.
