An online order was placed (by someone who was 35min away) and I stopped to pick it up. Check # 58058. The app did not allow check in so I went to the kiosk to check in at 4:54PM on 4/7. I was told that the food would be out after it was completed. Assumed they were busy as I've had this kind of wait before. I finally decided to hit the red button again to check on the food and let them know I had been waiting for 30min. Made to order food fast will go bk
Unfortunately this fast food restaurant is the same as the rest in this town. Poor and wanting, the service is almost nonexistent, it took 10 minutes to receive my order which consisted of a double cheeseburger. I would have to say that a wait that long would be rewarded with fresh food, but unfortunately that is not the case. I am not understanding how I received a cold sandwich with a long wait and they wasn't even busy.
