Spent nearly an hour at this Sonic after going out of our way to eat there, and it was one of the most frustrating fast food experiences I’ve had. The mobile app wouldn’t work, no one responded when we pressed the stall button, we were ignored in the drive-thru, and when we went inside employees saw us but helped other customers first. First time we came about a month ago to try that smash burger, me and my partner had smash burger he added bacon , his stomach was messed up for a week ! I was fine and we ate the exact same thing that whole day but the bacon…. We came back again trying it with no bacon, took our orders at the drive thru just to pull up and be asked if we even ordered yet, I’m confused like um we just ordered at the window, so much confusion for nothing!
