Just went to Sonic and I ordered a coke float and mozzarella sticks but once I got back to work I realized they gave me an iced coffee not a coke float. It's too late to go back now.
Young men needs to know how to deal with customers I ask for 2 large drinks I got 3 medium he changed just the cup with dirty hands I also ask for a cup handling he give me bad attitude 😒 just because I'm Hispanic that means I don't reserve respect 3/20/25 around 9pm
The employees at this location all need to be retrained. If someone orders a meal without something it's because they don't want it, for whatever reason. If said meal isn't made right it should be remade, not touched with no gloves and handed back all in plain view. Javier is in desperate need of retraining, or maybe even a new job. The SOP is to remake the burger but this was too difficult a task for him to comprehend. When I called the store to speak to a manager about it I was hung up on. Completely unacceptable.
