I don't understand what the deal with this place not using the stalls to take orders drive up line is all the way out to the Sudderth Dr.
Today is the second day that my food was wrong. Yesterday I ordered a large chili cheese fry and one large chili onion fry; both were mediums and one did not have the onions. Tonight I ordered a double smash and it was not what I ordered and because they did not give me a receipt they charged me again to replace their mess up.
3/26/2026, 445 pm, went to the drive through said it was closed go to a stall, one they can never decide wether the stalls or the drive through is open, went to stall 12 pushed the red button waited 11 min, stopped the girl taking orders she said she’d be right with us, then a vehicle pulled in across from us and got service right away, fed up with this establishment, they are rude, chaotic and just ridiculous this is the third time because we are local limited places to eat in ruidoso, corporate needs to do some restructuri... read more
Service is terrible the don’t acknowledge people at drive thru. Waited about 30 minutes for 2 drinks even tho I ordered on the app this the only sonic that has this issue do better
