last night, i went & used the carhops. i pressed the red button & waited over 20 minutes for anyone to answer. then i decided to just go through the drive thru, bc they weren’t answering the red button at all. waited another 10-15 minutes. finally got our order after *1 hour* & it was wrong. there was only 2 people working there from what it looked like. overall the way this place is managed is very poor. the establishment should not be letting their workers go through that by themselves.
Poor service, 30 minutes for 3 drinks.
Took an hour to get our drinks and food. They made 3 drinks wrong and when asked to correct an attitude was given. Reese pieces are super old 😬 definitely needs to be reviewed by the health department. oh and only drive thru is open smh.
These people don’t care about their customers. We placed a mobile order at 8:13pm that said it would be ready at 8:19pm. We’ve been at the restaurant since 8:20, and it’s now 9:09pm and still no food. No one answers the red button and they won’t talk to us. What kinda horrible service is this? Lots of other people started piling up behind us as well. Since it was a mobile order I they can’t refund us is what we are now being told and it’s already nearly an hour. No food or refund. You'll wait at LEAST 30 minutes every time and you may or may not get what you ordered. Good luck
