Waited 20 minutes for my food with nobody else in line. The employees were too busy hanging out with friends in the parking lot to take care of customers. Finally left without my food.
Yikes. Too bad 0 stars isn’t an option. No one is held accountable here, the night manager & the actual gm. We had a mess up order this past week & the gm said “sorry we have a new cook” & offered to make it right, came back today & it took 45 MINUTES FOR A REMAKE ON 4 items. The night manager said “sorry we are busy” there were 2 cars on the lot. Then when we got the remade order 45 minutes later it was still made wrong AND cold!?!!!!!!
