They are ridiculous I called because I couldn’t check in on the app then told me I would have to call a 1800 number to try to get a refund mind you normally takes 3/5 days depending on your bank on the app it shows it took my order payment went thru I asked to talk to manager and I can her her manager say get her name and number I’ll call later like you could take a few minutes to talk to a customer that’s having issues simply bad management
Food was pretty good but be sure to check your order for accuracy. ******UPDATE (7-15-2025) ******** I wish I could say it had gotten better BUT, the last 4 or 5 orders I placed online, costing $40 to $ 50 dollars, have been a screwed up mess. On every single order I was shorted one to three items. By the time they get the shorted items out to me (usually 10-20 minutes later) the rest of my food is cold. 6-25-25 6pm. Placed order and pulled up to the window. The girls seemed to busy with friends/ boyfriend drama in the parking lot and never made our food... we sat at the window for a while watching them go in and out and doing everything but their job.. we finally just decided to go elsewhere. Cooperate needs to know what goes on here.
