Went to brazoria location last week purchased a coney and a grill cheese sandwich. Got home and started to eat and bit into the grilled cheese and hair came out! 🤢 I immediately called them and there was a girl pick up the phone and I'm telling her what happened and it sounded like she was just playing with the phone and then she says are you calling to complain or place a order. I told her to complain about hair in my food. Then the she gives phone to manager and she says do I want them to make another one. absolutely not!... read more
Severe was good
Ordered ahead on the app then when I got there, I checked in. It showed on the screen after a minute that she was bringing it out. We waited another 10 minutes then pushed the button to see what the deal was and she tried to blame it on the kitchen not being ready yet and only two people working but my food was already kind of cool and she brought it as soon as I called in. I guess someone cleared it out then forgot about it then tried to blame it on being short staffed. Don’t clear it out like you brought it if you didn’t.
