My partner and I have been to this sonic 15 or so times in the last year since moving here. This simply has to be the worst Sonic we’ve ever been to, we both have always loved sonic because the quality is a bit better and who doesn’t love great ice cream. Here is a list of issues with this location- Service is outrageously slow, even when you order on the app, food quality is very low and made me sick the last time I ordered it, their ice creams are never mixed. Good food, and good service.
We ordered 2 icees but it took about 30 minutes to get them.
These last several visits the wait time in line is getting slower and slower. They get you by ordering in the app so you are charged and committed. Plus these are off times, not prime times. Very sad
