Absolutely terrible service. If I could give -10 stars I would. We waited forever and weren’t even acknowledged. Nobody came to the car, nobody said a word — just ignored us like we weren’t even there. Meanwhile, employees were out back messing around and not doing their jobs. If you don’t want to work, don’t show up. Don’t waste people’s time. This sonic SUCKKS
There is no customer service here. Waited 30mins to get service and still no service provided. I was trilled to go to Sonic for the first time. I guess i will never go. I am being generous for giving one star, if there was an option i would give zero star. Good luck Sonic, hope you improve!!
This Sonic is chronically understaffed. Wait times just to get an answer at the drive through are astronomical and everyone in the parking lot is clearly trying whatever they can to just talk to a human. Please pay your workers more and staff way more people!!!
I visited this location recently and had a very frustrating experience. The drive-thru ordering system wasn’t working for more than 30 minutes, and no one bothered to check or communicate the issue. There was no sign or notice posted, and customers were left waiting with no explanation. When someone finally responded, they were rude and simply said to “just place the order or leave.” While they gave a quick apology, it felt forced and dismissive.
