After going to Krystal down the street and waiting forever for food and messing up my order I went here for breakfast. Ty Sonic
Update 05/26 accidentally did it again. And… another horrible experience I guess I’m just asking for it at this point, accidentally screwed up and drove into this place again. Same horrible slow service and order inaccuracies. Hopefully I won’t have any more accidents!
Although this is the average sonic experience with orders sometimes being incorrect or not to standard, the staff here ALWAYS does their best to correct any issue and for that I think that their service at least deserves a 5* rating. I almost always have to get my order remade, but they do so with no issue and they do make my drink correctly even if it does take a time or two.
