Fresh and friendly staff
I had a problem with my blast and asked them if they could fix it. The employee did not want to fix it, but took it back to “whirl it around the machine,” which did not fix the problem of it not having enough ice cream to fill it and having no topping on top like the other one I had bought. I could have bought a mini and had the same amount of ice cream. I was scared they had spat in it with the way she was acting towards me and how she shoved it back at me without even saying anything, so I couldn’t even bring myself to eat... read more
Service was rude. Let’s be honest, no one cares to make something they can’t afford for having to work two hours or work two jobs for what we ordered. It’s not just the servers fault but the industry and the country. Better luck next time, I guess.
Terrible attituded, 20 min wait for 2 drinks and a hot dog, drove home, took 1 bite of it, tastes rotten, bring get back, to get attitude 😕 incorrect change , no apologies and get cussed at and told not to come back. It's a shame that customers are treated that way. Update- tried today more than a year later since the LAST EXPERIENCE AND I AN STUPID FOR THINKING THAT ENOUGH TIME PASSED AND MAYBE IT WOULD BE DIFFERENT… its not ordered 3 slushes 2 with nerds at 79 cents EACH and one with extra flavor at another additional cos... read more
