Employees refuse to answer call button. This has happened repeatedly. Mediocre food at best.
The app is difficult to navigate and every sonic has gotten painfully slow with their service.
The food is good when they get it right, seems that every time I go they Mess up my order. last time I got 2 of the car hop classic double cheese burgers and they Came out as Singles. Before that a burger came with mayo when I requested it off and the ticket confirmed exactly that. I paid with card and the machine said thank you, but the girl told me I never paid ... always something.
