I got a Route 44 slush, and it was all liquid!!! No slushy ice at all. I would have taken it back, but I had already gotten on the interstate already.
Missing ketchup, a drink, sauce, and asked for little ice, and I got ice up to 1 inch from the top. 1st step-listen. Last step, double-check the order. My atmosphere was unhappy.
We ordered 3 drinks through the app. Checked in and waited for 15 minutes. I pushed the red button and spoke with a polite lady who told me our drinks would be out in a minute. After another 10 minutes of waiting, I called again and was then told they were out of watermelon flavoring for the slush we ordered. No one came to our car to ask if we wanted a replacement or anything! I guess they just kept waiting for me call back?? I asked for a refund, and a "manager" brought me $2, but not the other 2 drinks we ordered and look... read more
