This is for the young man named Hudson who was participating helpful today as I was trying to order and the drive thru speaker wasnt working. Excellent customer service today!. Very helpful!
Give people the condiments they order. Edit: Not only did they not give me my sauces I ordered they also gave me old soggy mozzarella sticks. Do not order from this location the staff are incompetent.
We arrived around 1:30, pressed the button, and then decided to order online due to the wait. They answered, and we thought all was well, and waited 10 minutes before pressing the button again to be told that there was a ‘system glitch’ and that it hadn’t originally popped up on their screen. They then got it out almost 5 minutes later and all they gave us for their mistake was a coupon for a $.99 Sunday for next time. We will NOT be back. This is completely unacceptable and ridiculous.
