I actually dont understand how one singular combo takes over 20 minutes and not to mention like 3+ minutes to even just answer the headset. Edit: try to simply ask if they forgot about the order and got an attitude and hung up in the middle of me speaking. After waiting that long, the food was cold. So what were we waiting on for so long? Not fresh food. Great service.
Come on people 🤦♂️ I ordered a burger plain with ketchup only. It came fully loaded. It blows my mind that no one here cares to look at the actual order. Does it occur to people that some are allergic to items and that's why they ask for them to be removed? Thanks sonic. I paid my hard earned money and you ruined my dinner.
