My husband & I were given the wrong order & I called & spoke to Elijah, the manager on duty. I explained the situation & was told to come back & get my money back. We couldn't make it to Sonic for almost a week but when we did the manager on duty (don't remember his name) was very nice, accommodating, & gave us 2 free coupons for 2 free medium combo meals which was more then we were expecting the refund for. Everyone their is very friendly & willing to go out of their way to help you
Employees are always polite. Orders are rarely messed up and they are always helpful and quick to make it right if they are.
