Waited in line for 30 min. Just to get to the speaker and it be broken. We drove up to the window and they said the speaker is working now but we need to drive back around and get in the line again and wait.
I placed my order online through the app while at the location. However, while the display offered a combo for the country fried sandwich the app did not so ended having to pay a lot more for drink and fries! It gave me a time of 5 mins later for it to be ready, ended up being about 10 mins. When it was delivered it was rushed without greeting or anything and there weren't any napkins included. I placed an online order (directly through the sonic website since I had a gift card I couldn’t use DoorDash or UberEats) for ONE item and waited for over an hour only to have the order cancelled while I was on hold for over 10 minutes with the manager. I had email confirmation, order and payment confirmation and the driver told me she was told the order wasn’t there.
