Went to this store and got told my payment didn’t go through at the kiosk so they took it back and when they came back they said they made a mistake and it did go through. Didn’t things anything of it until the next day I check my bank statements and my card had been used at that location four different times over two days all different amounts totaling around 70 dollars that I didn’t spend. I don’t know if the cashier cloned it or the kiosk did but I would be alert if you come to this sonic location.

This Sonic used to be decent but it has drastically gone downhill the last few years. They get your order wrong after you wait forever & then they're rude if you want them to correct it. They are always short-staffed which I would imagine is due to the store manager who is extremely rude.....after waiting for 15 minutes for my order, it was wrong, pushed the button to tell them & after waiting another half an hour, I caught her walking by, told her the wait was ridiculous & she cussed me out in front of several other custome... read more
