Can't seem to get the correct order to the customer!!!!!! So pisses me off when you get to your destination and it's the wrong order!! The sonic on Owen K. Garriot seems to get their shit straight but not the 1 on willow.
Pretty disappointing. My boyfriend and I went there at noon today. I ordered a large French vanilla coffee with caramel drizzle in it and I got it and it had an extreme amount of caramel in it, every drink I took of it was just straight up caramel, I also got a burrito and a cheese burger, the burrito was barely even rolled and everything was just falling out. I come here often due to it being close to my work, I regularly have 30+ minute wait times no matter how small the order is, not to mention they are constantly getting my order wrong but there is no point to ask for it to be replaced as it wilt take another hour just you get my food, staff seems nice and always apologize but it never gets any better Edit, it was no suprise to find my order incorrect against for the 3rd straight order
