I never get ketchup packets even when I specifically put it on the receipt, hell this time they didn't even give me napkins Nah instead they gave me burnt fries, questionable hot dog, and a bun that crumbles under a light touch. I'll just drive completely across town at this point.
This place is a joke. Hard to believe sonic would even let them have a franchise.
I got a cherry limeade, I had already left before I took a drink and the sprite was out on their fountain, called up there to let them know to check their sprite. I believe all 3 of my interactions today were with the same girl, Angel. She was GREAT! Very nice, corrected the issue, let me come back up to get a new drink. She was amazing! Thank you Angel.
