Usually have a good experience here. What happened to customer service? The second girl we dealt with was absolutely terrible. Was very rude to my (elderly) mother. They didn't give us our sauces or my child's apple juice. Yelled at us to pull forward. Basically threw our food at my mother didn't confirm what we had. Refused to give us a receipt. Is this experience supposed to make me want to come back? I normally don't come here (to any sonic). This is unacceptable behavior of someone who works in customer service.
Short girl handing out pickup orders is rude and needs to learn not to roll her eyes and be snarky
Wow the car hop was completely rude. When she came up to are window to give us are order she rolled her eyes. “When I said hi how are you today. “ She said nothing and then yelled at other cars pulling up to the stalls. Guess this drive in is a drive through only. But why are the screens activated? She was so pissed because she had to go to the stalls and started to yell at other cars pulling up saying they were closed. Mind you it was 3:45 in the afternoon and she just got off of a break from sitting outside next to the ben... read more
I won't give them one star,30 minutes to get a drink ordered on line. I would fire the boss and try again.
