I just left about twenty minutes ago. They were not busy (maybe three cars in booths including me). They took over twenty minutes to collect my order and bring it out. Brought out the wrong order (running being so couldn’t go back to fix it, not that they gave me a receipt anyways). Ordered a breakfast burrito and they gave me two mystery burgers instead. Decided to go tonight only to receive no service even after waiting for over 20 minutes. Went to ask for a refund, but had to go through the guest services online to get it. For no one to know where my order was and as I stand in the door I allowed the server to know that my order was sitting on the table. The one that no one knew existed. Its normally great and I usually go daily for a cup of ice and will also buy a bag of ice. Yesterday 4/2/26 afternoonish some lady with a visor (who didn't initially serve me) came to check on me and when I asked would it be possible to get another cup of ice (with the intent I'm sure I have to pay for it) duh....she at first says they don't have alot of ice left that they have to conserve it?
