I was ordering $2 worth of lemon wedges for my manager of the place ai work close to Sonic. The drive through speaker was messed up, but this blonde, kind young man came out and took my order. There was a miscommunication, and he even helped me out with the order and made sure we both understood what I wanted. Very quickly, I had the lemon wedges. My manager said they were amazing. Thanks, young man
It's amazing how this Sonic is so consistently bad. It doesn't matter what I order, they find some way to make it terrible.
If I could give zero stars I would. Been sitting for 45 minutes and no help.
For the second time in a row, I’ve been to the Sonic and failed to get the proper service from my order. In addition they want me to pay for what I ordered and wait on a refund for what I did not order. I will not be back to the Sonic. They do not maintain their signs for ordering. This sonic is going downhill. I do not recommend it.
