Slowly going downhill, but like a roller-coaster. Some days you get everything you order. Other days you get no sauces that you ordered for your chicken. Sometimes drinks are perfect and others they forget the add ins that you specify and pay for. And trying to get someones attention to fix the problems is almost impossible.
