Each time I get food at this Sonic, they somehow manage to make it worse. This time, it took 20+ minutes to even get a worker to take my order, and don’t even get me started on the food. Burrito is incorrect, hard to chew, and the mozzarella sticks were hard, old, and had absolutely no cheese in them. The workers also had an attitude. This will be the last time I’ll order at this location.
I went to sonic for the first time yesterday, the food was amazing and i wasn’t even waiting five minutes before I got my food. The receipt said the carhop was Kayleigh, and she was amazing. Super sweet and didn’t mind going back to get me anything else i needed. Her positive attitude and smile definitely made my experience better. It seems like all of the workers are like that as well.
