Recently visited. Ordered two strawberry cheesecake milkshakes. They had run out of their normal lids. There was less milkshake and it was half melted. Very disappointing.
This is the worst Sonic I have ever been to. I had to wait 30 minutes to order, and was only able to do so because I went and made verbal contact with an employee. I have been waiting over an 1 and 15 minutes for my order of one slush. Absolutely ridiculous!
Waited over an HOUR and NEVER GOT MY FOOD. Only filling online orders/door dash and never even took my order. I asked for a manager two times never got one.
0 stars if possible. Ordered online for pick up after contacting the workers after two 20 minutes waits and them letting me know they were working on it we just left. Absolutely worse service Really need to improve. Extremely poor service and decided to leave without food after paying bc they already wasted an hour of my time. Tried to contact store no answer and corporate had me on a 3 hour wait. This company needs to shut down if this continues.
Sat at one window for 15 minutes no word from the workers so I was like I’ll order online and move to a different space and sat there for 40 minutes while going up to the building twice to tell them I needed my order. Was told both times that it would be right out. I ended up leaving after an hour of sitting there with no food and $22 gone. Poor establishment and even poorer workers. Sonic clearly doesn’t put effort into finding workers that can manage their job.
