I went today and in the middle of ordering she told us the amount and got of the mic. She didn’t even ask if we wanted anything else. I have never had a situation like this at Sonic before. Train your employees better please

What is wrong with the management of this place, by far the slowest service I’ve received every time I get here. It’s almost like it’s there goal to see how many times a customer will push the red button before they just give up and leave. I see all these “owner responses” trying to apologize for customers bad experience’s but nothing seem to be getting fixed, it’s time for a new manager or owner, something’s gotta give
How is this place even in business? 2 and a half years here and not a single order correct when I visit. Tots almost everytime overcooked and dry. I was going to give atmosphere 2 stars, but everyone there is upset their orders are wrong. Not a smile in sight. To be honest, I am quite impressed with how much they can mess up one order
I've been here 3 times and I'll never be back. Terrible service every time. I waited over 30 mins even though I order ahead in the app and it said the food was ready and I was checked in at the stall. I've had to walk up every time to be told to wait in my car.
