Terrible service. Took 26 minutes to get my food and they didnt give my RANCH I asked for.
I had to pull into 3 stalls as the other 2 did not work. After about 5 minutes took my order for 1 drink. Came out about 10 minutes later, drink was wrong, but receipt was correct. Very slow service.
As someone who's worked service jobs in the past, I am usually very relaxed and sympathetic towards fast food workers but the incompetence I saw at Sonic's tonight was baffling. I waited for over 40 minutes from the time I was supposed to pick my food up and the reason they gave me is that they lost my burger. Lost my BURGER? HOW DOES THAT EVEN HAPPEN??? Pulling up at 7am to wait 20 plus minutes for a drink when you are the only one here is a terrible experience.
