March 2021- Hit or miss. I get the same thing every time, and when I say ez ice, sometimes it happens, sometimes it doesn’t. Apparently ez ice to quite a few employees means fill the cup 3/4 full instead of completely full of ice... It’s a good day when the cup is only half ice.
