This sonic is such a disappointment! This statement is NOT based on just one visit. For the past 4 visits I've made, which have been spaced out, and at different times of day, and with a variety of items on the order, the time it takes to receive my order has been unnecessarily long. After finally receiving my order, I bite into overcooked, almost burnt hamburger, and bun that is soggy with grease. The fries are stale. We couldn't even finish our food this time it was so bad!
