I have given this store 3 chances, months apart (hoping to give enough time for changes), with mobile app orders. The wait time is always absurd, and this weekend was no different. I ordered a drink and a cup of ice - no food. It took 17 minutes to get my order. The prompt on the screen changed to "X is delivering your order" (or whatever the verbiage is) within 3 or 4 minutes of checking in.
