Worst Sonic I have ever been to. Hands down the slowest, and least efficient in all of Sonic. Horrendous food and service
My husband and I went here around 10 pm tonight. There were 4 cars in the whole place. High school aged kid was walking around the kitchen on a phone call. Our order was placed at 10:13 and we didn’t receive our 2 slushies until 10:35. Then I took a sip and it was just juice because it had melted. I’m not sure if I’ve ever had a consistent experience here. Bummer
We had waited over 29 minutes for two drinks and a pretzel. On top of waiting nearly half an hour they had forgot cheese. This has happened multiple occasions dealing with this location. VERY SLOW
We had to wait almost an hour for food we ordered on line. My boyfriend ordered a foot long cheese coney. There was almost no chili whatsoever. He took one bite and said no. Can't eat that. We got no fork, ketchup or napkins. I had to go inside to find out what was taking so long and the food was sitting on the counter. It was cold it sat there so long. We won't eat there again. Cars were pulling in and waiting and leaving because of the service. Nobody was happy today.
