Had a dasher wait over 10mins for a single drink (Sprite w/Blue Raz syrup) then was informed it got dropped becausehe disntbwant to wait any longer on it. I dont blame him. Doesn't seem like sonic prioritize door dash orders.
Had to wait 15 minutes for anyone to answer my call…. Went to 2 different stalls. Finally someone answers with attitude. Takes my order, I then wait another 20 minutes for 1 drink! Push the call button again and met with the rudest person on earth. Luckily I was on the phone with corporate and they heard how they spoke to me. Absolutely needs to be fired. Not a soul in the parking lot but I had to wait for 1 drink!!! Pathetic!
I waited in the drive-through for 30 minutes just flat out ridiculous you too as I’m watching them take out food. I guess drive-through is not important and I don’t recommend going there.
FOR THE LOVE OF GOD PLEASE PUT CONES OR SOMETHING IN FRONT OF THE STALLS THAT ARE OUT OF ORDER. IM TIRED OF PULLING INTO 3-4 DIFFERENT STALLS WHEN THE SCREENS ARE GLITCHED OUT!!!!
