Me and boyfriend had been boycotting sonic for a while because when we would go in the evening we would always order ice tea and it would be TERRIBLE. Like dirt water no sweetness terrible and our order would always be messed up somehow. Recently we went back we noticed this new girl at the window. I was there as a ubereats driver and waited longer than I should have for a few ice creams and a couple of sodas. They need to speed up with simple orders. I also wanted to add now almost a month ago I had family spend $70 on food from there. 1 family member got severely sick from it. The burger was undercooked and the ice cream wasn't even good by the time it got to them. We called the store and they weren't concerned at all. We called corporate and asked for a refund. If I could give this place zero stars I would… If you want sonic I recommend going to a different location!! Every single time we come here it’s always something.. We always wait at least 30 minutes in the line and when you get to the window the workers are very rude and disrespectful and like slamming the door in your face.. This isn’t a one time occurrence either it happens every single time we come in! Then I started placing pick up orders so that Maybe the food would be done in time?
