Rude “GM” poor service!! Food came out cold and asked for a refund of certain food on the receipt from the order and the most rudest person I’ve ever met said that it could not be done! The only thing that was hot after sitting there for 20 minutes was my daughter’s meal deal! When asked for a refund general manager stated it could not be done! I called corporate because no one has time for rude ignorant people, if you don’t like your job, or people…find another job please!!!
Most of the sonics are closed but we found this one and it was pretty decent
Long wait for even a simple order.
