3 of my 4 burgers were dressed wrong,2of my 4 burgers were not fully cooked. They didn't pay attention to my order as being diabetic I ordered a Sprite Zero with sf cherry and got regular cherry flavoring. I live 15 min from the restaurant and it was very upsetting when I got home with my order and half of my family had no sandwich to eat. I came around 10:30pm on saturday and pulled into the stall, i was then told they only did drive through because it’s late (which is no big deal) i pull out and start heading to the drive through but before i could get there, there was a car parked at the exit to get to the drive through (not in the drive through) i start honking my horn because i see there a line of car starting to get behind me to also get to the drive through. I have no idea what they were doing but this is terrible. This is not a groovy chili cheese fry like I ordered. The container had been thrown in randomly just like this no ranch like I had asked and no groovy sauce no fork. It wasn't even full. Chili and cheese was half spilled in the bag. The fries were old and disgusting. I worked at a sonic years ago. I know for a fact this is not how we sonic. At least the ice coffee was up to par.

Impressed! I don't come to sonic often but it was convenient so I thought I'd give it a shot. Hanna took my order promptly and was super friendly. Food was great!
