It’s ridiculous how long it takes to receive your order. I did a mobile pickup and submitted my order at 5:39 pm. I didn’t receive my two items (ice water and Oreo milkshake) until 6:05 pm. This was after I called the store to follow up. On top of that, you can tell the milkshake had been sitting for a while because it was runny. I asked the lil girl to remake it. She came back with the SAME shake. Therefore, we went to the DT window to speak to the manager. The little guy apologized and remade the shake. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE... read more
Love the sandwiches
we ordered 4 slushies, sat in the line for an hour and then the customers behind us were served their order before us because they were a “mobile order” and we asked them to hurry up, they gave us 2 complete slushies that were correct but already melting, and then came out with the other two which consisted of ice and a few strawberries on top because we were rushing them.
