My husband and I arrived and pulled into the stall and went to the bathrooms, both of which were disgusting. As we prepared to order, we hit the button and waited, and someone asked us to pull through the drive though. We did and ordered, we both got American Bacon Triple Smashers with tots and drinks. We read the receipt once we pulled forward, $40 for that. We noticed they charged $1.70 extra per burger to “add bacon” to a bacon triple smasher. Food was horrible, wait was forever, customer service was nowhere to be found.
They need to adjust their hours for when they're actually open, because they were not open when they were supposed to be. Probably hire bare minimum of staff.
