I’ve been going there Ever since they opened Never really had any big issues with them until after they changed ownership and since then the food is not very good at all. My order is either wrong. Every time I order a cheeseburger the meat is cold and the cheese is not even melted. It really makes you mad when you get all the way home and it really isn’t fit to eat I just went there last night and got a sonic cheeseburger same thing. I'm not sure why. I continue to try and go to this location. The last 3 times this month that I've pulled up to the drive through and then told to wait. I've waited a minimum of 7 to 10 minutes. I'm still no one takes my order. Just drove off again. Because I can't get my order taken like if you don't want to have a business, then close it.
Don't come here. They're quick to take your money, but take 15 Mins to get your food to you... In the drive thru. Unbelievable. It's not even busy at the time of this review.
Went through the drive thru at 5:20 pm Sunday, March 9. I ordered a double sonic cheeseburger and cheesy tots. That is what is on my receipt. I got a single and no cheese on my tots. I was the only one in the drive thru and waited a long time. I used to go to sonic a lot, but twice in a row my order has been messed up and I was over-charged. I won’t be going again.
