I’m aware that reviews don’t have that much impact to businesses like these but still wanted to express my hatred and anger towards them since just of as today when I placed a mobile order I was greeted with two incompetent servers who said that there freezers were out of order and couldn’t serve any food and instead of shutting the place down if you were to to believe this was true they instead refused to issue a refund and told us that all we could do was contact their customer service line which was conveniently not picki... read more
No flippin' way am I believing all these 5 star comments with no explanation or history of reviews.
Don’t ever go here. I’m not kidding when I say I’ve never seen such a terrible establishment. We don’t have many fast food spots near Lakewood so I always want to get food at this sonic but they are HORRIBLE. The staff is rude. Out of the 10 times I’ve been there, 8 times they weren’t serving food during normal business hours. Sometimes they don’t even answer the intercom. Sometimes they’re only serving drinks. Worst sonic to ever be open. I don’t even know why this sonic is still open. They are the slowest people, when they are not busy, I always see them outside smoking. When they are busy, nobody wants to do their job. They claim to be a “fast food” place but they are definitely not fast. 25 minute wait for two drinks is absurd. Their food is also never fresh and tastes like it’s been sitting out all night. Their property also has a million different potholes and will mess your car up if you’re not watching out for them.
