The management just doesn't care about service anymore. There's no reason a highschool kid should be the ONLY person in the restaurant on any day let alone a Friday! This was a good sonic at one time but know... If you want sonic go Independence I guess.
This has to he the slowest Sonic ever. I don't know why I keep coming here. I think over a couple of years, i'd give it another chance. But no, i've been waiting thirty five minutes for 1 shake. 1 damn shake. I ordered it at 2:14. It says I would get it by 2:20, and at 2:43 she comes out with it, and says sorry for the wait. Really.. slowest "fast" food place ever!! Did i mention 1 other car in a stall, and there's been about 4 cars cone and go through the drive thru.
Waited 15 minutes in the drive through & our order wasn’t even taken. We left. Just as bad as the one on 7.
Believe the 1 star reviews. I ordered a cherry limeade slush and an ice water through the drive thru. I thought there is no way that this could get messed up. Boy was I wrong. It took a while before they came to the window to take my payment. There is this dark film over the window which I assumed was to block out the sun. Part of me thinks it is more so that people can’t see whatever foolishness that is going on inside. I waited over 5 minutes for my order.
