I visited the Sonic on N Kickapoo in Shawnee and placed a simple drink order — a large Sprite with no ice, flavored with blood orange, vanilla, and sweet cream. While the drink itself was made correctly and tasted good, the service time was very disappointing. It took 15 minutes to receive my order, which is far too long for a single drink. Waited 25 minutes for 2 drinks, don't waste your time at this one. And before we get the "busy" excuse there were only 5 cars there and 2 of them were behind me in the drive through.
