Went through this morning and ordered a bacon and cheese toaster with no egg it was rung up incorrectly, showing no cheese instead of no egg, and the bacon was not cooked

Tried to get ice cream slush which we’ve ordered before. just really sad bc he said he didn’t think they could do that. have got it from this location before. what’s going on?
I'm not pleased with being questioned if I'm going to pay or not. You don't come outside and deliver that kind of service of questioning if the customer is paying or not when they already have. Not to mention don't dare ask for a tip after being really rude to a customer. I am not pleased with the service I had today. I hope my card wasn't charged twice either.
