Worth a stop.
Pulled up to order at the drive thru and was told “orders are on hold”. Told them I would wait. I asked for a large meal, they rang up medium, asked for Coke but they gave me sprite, asked for fries and they gave me tots. These employees act like you’re bothering them by ordering from the restaurant. Terrible customer service, franchise owner is probably losing a ton of money, lost mine…
If you’re looking to turn a quick drink run into a 25-minute waiting game, this is the Sonic for you. We placed a mobile order scheduled for 6:46 PM. Checked in, waited until 6:50… nothing. Pressed the button and were told someone was coming out “soon.” Spoiler: they were not. After another 15 minutes (and two more button presses), we STILL didn’t have our drinks. We finally went inside, only to be told they were “already on the way to the car”—which was news to us, since we’d been sitting there the entire time. The apology?... read more
