The burger did not seem cooked, tasted raw. I ordered black pepper packets and was told they were out of black pepper. I wish they would have told me that before they brought my order because I would have canceled. Everything that I ordered was not received with my order. This Sonic is not user friendly.
11/10/25 11:10am-11:40am if you’re seeing this fire the new hire. Sat there for 30 minutes waiting on an order that was just sitting there. Second i pressed the button and told them they forgot they came running out with it. Meal is already cold and soggy by the time it got to me. Service is usually great there i come almost once a week.
One of the best Sonic in the Baton Rouge locations! One of the most respectful, professional workers! ONE & ONLY of the cleanness Sonic restaurants! Wait time under 4 minutes ( Amazing) ♥️ this is the only Sonic location I'll go to!!
