What's going on with these employees. Everytime it gets a little late past 9pm their ice cream machine supposedly don't work. It never fails!! I feel like they're just lazy! I went across the street and even McDonald's ice cream machine was working. 3.2 stays and corporate still not getting involved. I dont think they care about customers service!!!
Went here at 8:50pm just now, 08/21/25 - went thru the drive thru and no one took my order , sat there for 10 mins and even pulled up to the window
Friday, 8 /15/ 2025, 3:56 pm. We pulled into the drive through of the Sonic on Vance Jackson. On the speaker we ordered a route 44 cherry lime slush. And a large pickle juice. We did not get what we ordered. The Cherry lime slush was not a slush. And the pickle juice was a glass of water with a touch of pickle juice. Very disappointed, and this is not the first time at this Sonic location. Weird Sonic, they have a dine in option however, every time I've driven by its empty. They burnt a corn dog but the fries and drink were ok. Will not eat here again, and dont reccomend, because why would you serve a burnt hard hot dog to a kid?? Also the line was so slow.
