Quick and.easy stop. Freshly made food and good service.
I placed a mobile order that said would be ready in 5 minutes. Arrived on time and waited an additional 20 minutes. They were not busy. Also the 2 bacon cheeseburgers orders with no pickles came with no bacon and pickles. The staff needs retraining on customer service!
You should not have to wait 45 minutes to get $30.00 worth of food it’s ridiculous!
Really they do not receive one star. Franchise owner needs to hire new people. I waited 15 minutes just to get someone to answer to order. One of the servers was delivering outside and I asked for her help. All I wanted was 1 slush drink. It took another 15 minutes to receive it. I ask who the owner was and all she could tell me was Zach (no last name) and Amanda was the manager. I was livid that it took 30 minutes to get one drink. Their were two cars in the lot.
