Depends on time of day and who's working but we seem to get the person on the intercom comes off as rude or bothered that we've pushed the button to order. The delivery people seem more friendly most of the time than not.
I really enjoy the Sonic toaster! I get them regularly and always happy. Real egg which I appreciate. Also cheaper toaster than anywhere else in town. My cheapness likes that.
