I really wish that I could give less than 1 star. I placed an order, sat there for over 30 minutes - no one ever checked on us or apologized for the wait... during this time, several sketchy looking individuals (not in uniform) were in and out the building and hanging out on the far end of the lot by someone's personal vehicle... after pressing the button on the stall again, someone finally came out and asked what our order was..... this is unacceptable and pathetic... we left without our order... the suspicious behavior, pa... read more
Coming to this place I always have my hopes high that they care about their customers but each time I pull in, im reminded why I dislike them. Its not the food but this time, the food was carelessly put together. My bag was stapled and poked myself a few times trying to check the bag before I left the drive thru. If I didnt check my bag I wouldnt have received ANY of the 3 different condiments that come with or even require to be given with items.
