VERY slow restaurant, waited 30 minutes and expected it to be correct so i parked to eat down the street, i check it and its wrong, completely missing an item as well, should not happen when there was 1 car infront of me and none in the parking lot. I ordered a single meal and cars behind me were getting their larger orders first who even came after me, spent a total of 1 hour in the sonic line.
I placed my order through the app and requested no cheese on one of the two burgers I ordered. When I picked it up, the bag was stapled shut (which already seemed unnecessary), and since I was in a hurry, I didn’t open it to double-check the order. When I got home, I saw that the order ticket on the burger clearly said no cheese, yet it was covered in cheese.
