Terrible. Oxford location today 9/7/25 about 3pm. Saw a little black girl with hair in a fuzz ball on top of her head in parking lot getting out of her car on her phone — walked right out in front of us as we were going to park. Same girl after a loooong wait for our food walked in front of us on her phone fussing about her job — said she was doing everything and she was mad ! Worst service ever can’t listen to what i tell them 3 times in a row and it was wrong
TJ deserves a medal of honor. Went above and beyond to correct an incorrect order that was sent home with us.
So I went here, ordered food. When my order was brought to me it was wrong. Sent back, came back very wrong, just slopped together. Sent back, came back a third time and my order was again very wrong. So I carried it back and told them to keep the food and the money. So I left, less money and no food. I was a regular here. My whole crew ate here for lunch. We found a new place to go to as we will never eat here again and treated like we were
